Lesson & Payment Policy
A few simple, friendly guidelines so booking and rescheduling stay easy and fair for both of us.
Lessons and lesson packages are payable in advance. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
If you need to change your lesson, please let me know by the day before your scheduled lesson. Where possible, the lesson can be rescheduled to another available time.
Cancellations made on the day of the lesson, or missed lessons without notice, are non-refundable and the lesson will be counted as used.
If I need to cancel a lesson, you can choose either to reschedule the lesson or receive a full refund or credit for that lesson.
Package lessons are paid in advance and are intended to be used regularly. Package discounts apply to lessons purchased together.
